Hi Team,
Are NC pins in TPS1H100-Q1 internally connected anywhere?
Can these be connected to GND to help with TPS1H100-Q1 power dissipation and saving ICT testpoints?

Hello,
There is an ESD diode between GND and NC pin. I believe the NC pin can be connected to GND.

Thanks Mahmoud,
What is the spec of the internal ESD diode?
MIght be possible to connect it to the switch output, instead of to the GND?
Hello,
The voltage on output can change and also can be negative when the FET turns off on inductive load or stray inductance. There is no specification for the ESD diode on NC pins.
The recommendation is to leave NC pins floating. What is the purpose for connecting the NC pins?
