TPS1H100-Q1: about thermal characteristics

The thermal impedance graph is not available at this time. We need to request the thermal model and it takes around 2 weeks to generate.
The example you sent, is for power FET witching at certain frequency. It shows detail about power losses during switching time and on time. The power loss Pd causes the junction temperature to rise above the ambient using the formula: Tj = Ta + THETAja x Pd.
Swithing relatively at high frequency, the junction to ambient thermal impedance is steady. The transient impedance is only considered for short duration power losses for axample at power up.
The energy losses is the integration of the power over certain time. The power can approximately be calculated from the energy by Pd = Ed/Time.
(this is an average aproximation). Then we can use the above formula for calculating the temperature.

I have one question.
In the thermal impedance data, Time unit is (s). I think that when over 1-second on-time, Zth goes to saturation.

Maybe, the unit of the horizontal axis is mili-seconds?

Number of PCB layer,
