I got my first pcba today.

But the output voltage waveform was as picture show

Could you help to advise me which part was wrong?

I noticed this post was not answered previously. Can you give me the status of your project now? I will help if I can.

It is difficult for me to understand what exactly is going on with the waveform on VOUT. It seems that the output droops, but I cannot tell how far it moves (what voltage level it drops to). I cannot tell the timing.
