Wireless Power Transfer from battery

Hello,

I am working on a project  which can transfer power from battery operated device to other device, wireless.

The distance is within 1 feet range. Battery is in the range of from 10 V to 25 V D.C  and the receiving device needs at least 5000 mill Amp.

Can anyone please provide assistance.

Thanks,

  • Mike,

Currently, TI does not have any solutions for transferring power at 1 foot.  Our solutions are aimed at the close coupled solutions with ranges in millimeters.

The solutions available today are typically 5W maximum, moving to 10W.

    Regards,

    Dick

  • Hi Dick,

Some more inputs, the device need Max current : 90 A , Max power 2400 W from the battery. Is there any  wireless module within range of  25-70 MM able to transfer power from battery to device or can i opt through USB port of the device.

    Thanks,
    MIke

  • Mike,

I'm not sure we can be of any help with this application.  We do not have anything close to 90A or 2400W.  Am I not reading your posts correctly?  And I don't understand the tie-in with USB at these values.

    Regards,

    Dick
