BQ51013B 20VQFN Thermal Pad

Hello all,

I am using the BQ51013B 20VQFN package in a design. I found that the VQFN RHL 20-pin package is located here . Unfortunately, it says that the size and shape of the thermal pad are located "on another sheet." In the notes (E) it says to "See the additional figure in the Product Data Sheet for details regarding the exposed thermal pad features and dimensions." 

Unfortunately, the BQ51013B PDS does not specify any thermal pad information (just that one exists and should be connected to PGND). I was able to find the QFN users guide after some googling http://www.ti.com/lit/an/scba017d/scba017d.pdf

    Charles,

    The dimensions are included in the bq51013B datasheet.  The dimensional drawing of the thermal pad is on the THERMAL PAD MECHANICAL DATA page following the MECHANICAL DATA.  Each page is inserted as an image addendum and does not allow for text searches.  

    Is there any more information you need to complete your design?

    Yes, you are correct. Sorry.

    I had scrolled down to manually check, but must have missed it. Primarily I was using search functions to navigate, and did not realize that this particular page was an image.
