technical support for BQ500414 solution

Hi 

My customer have created a wireless charger with TI BQ500414 solution, but no output from PWM port.

Schematic of BQ500414 is as below, coluld you please help me to finger out why the PWM doesn't works?

Or if you can tell me the conditon for PWM works , it will great help for me.
