Im starting a new design that need to include a wireless power charging.
Today i'm using the BQ24090 to charge my Li-Po 3.7V battery (charging current is limit to 100mA) the output of the BQ24090 connected to my battery and to my system (with LDO) in parallel .
On my new design i want to be able to charge the battery with wireless charger and with USB adapter.
I'm considering to use the BQ51050B but before i'm doing that i want to ask a few questions:
1. does the BQ51050B compatible with Li-Po 3.7V battery ? and also if i can limit the charging current to 100mA?
2. Can i connect my system in parallel to the battery ?
3. if i want to be able to charge the battery with a USB adapter can i use the BQ51050B alone ? or i need to add a separate battery charger ic?
