My customer want to tune FOD of BQ500212A with bqTESLA TX Tuning Tool (Version 1.1.9). But they met issues on BQ500212A communication with TI GUI.
Per error message, USB to GPIO interface can be found. Just GUI can't found BQ500212A.
We have checked BQ500212A can supply RX at this moment. Just GUI can't find device.
Would you please help to check if any other things should be done for communication of GUI and BQ500212A before BQ500212A tuning?
