Hi,

We are planning to interface BQ51025EVM-649_ Wireless Charger Receiver with i.X7 SABRE Board.We are planning to use the BQ501210EVM-756_Transmitter with this?

Could you please describe more on the connection to BQ501210EVM-756_Transmitter. Please guide us how to power On and evaluate the the BQ501210EVM-756_Transmitter EVM

The bq501210EVM-756 can be powered through the USB port or through the J1/J2 connectors. J1 is the positive side of the external supply and will operate from 5V to 19V with the J2 as the ground. For high power solutions, setting VIN to 12V or higher will allow more power transfer to the receiver.

The bq501210EVM-756 user guide has a good description of how the system is used. If you have any specific questions from that document, let me know.

Pairing the bq501210EVM-756 with the bq51025EVM-649 is a very good solution.

But I couldn't find any USB Connector to the bq501210EVM-756. Could you please confirm the Reference Designator?

Hello Meria,
The micro-USB connector is J5. Note that JP4 selects between J1 (standard Supply input) and J5 (USB input) - see section 6.2.2.8 in the EVM user guide.
Figure 8 shows a the EVM Test Points. The USB connector can be seen in the top left portion of the board.

Hi,

The transmitter which I have doesn't have USB Connector. The picture is attached hereby.Also JP4 is also not there.

Hi Meria JAcob

The photo is for the bq500215 EVM, this is a 10W Transmitter. It will not have J4 the micro-USB connector and several other features. I2C commands are the same and it can be used for software development.
