is there an example desing for using the bq51222 to charge a 2C lipo directly at 8.4 V?

And is there an evaluation board available?

And which transceiver chip I should use to connect with bq51222=

    is there an example design for using the bq51222 to charge a 2C LiPo directly at 8.4 V?--Bill J - No we do not have a design for this.
    Any Qi Transmitter can be used to power the device.
    For design examples use the bq51221
