DRA829: Display port MST feature

Hello,

I have questions of Display port MST support.

-Does DRA82 support daisy chain and hub connection of MST feature of  Display port? 

-At hub connection, is it possible to display different image images on monitors with different resolutions?

-If above is yes on device level, how about its support from SW view point?

    Hi,

    1. yes, it is possible in hardware to support daisy chain and hub connection MST

    2. We have not explored this yet, but if it is a part of MT standard, then the H/W should be capable to do this.

    3. We do not have plans to support this in S/W until May 2020.

    - Subhajit
