Hi,

You seems to be missing GCC ARM toolchain. Please check section "2.1 Windows Installation" in PROCESSOR_SDK_VISION_03_07_00_00\vision_sdk\docs\UserGuides\VisionSDK_UserGuide_TDA2xx.pdf for instructions for downloading the tools.

Hi,

can you rename the directory to "gcc-arm-none-eabi-4_9-2015q3" and give a try?
