hello im following this

but still not able to figure out from where to start mlo uboot and linux kernel boot for custom board..

yah there is steps available for mlo and uboot in this but still not get complete understand

Hi Raju,

I would suggest you to start from pinmux, EEPROM, PMIC and DDR memory customizations.

MLO/SPL pinmux is done in below files:

1. u-boot-2019.01/board/ti/am335x/mux.c

2. You main u-boot DTS file, in example u-boot-2019.01/arch/arm/dts/am335x-evm.dts

If your custom board is based on AM335x TI EVM TMDXEVM3358, check for HW differences between your board and EVM (pinmux, PMIC, EEPROM ID, DDR, UART console). Then you need to customize the HW changes in the files I have already provided (mux.c, am335x-evm.dts) and also below board files:

u-boot-2019.01/board/ti/am335x/board.c

u-boot-2019.01/arch/arm/mach-omap2/am33xx/board.c
