Yes.  QNX 7.0 is a supported HLOS for the Jacinto 7, TDA4x / DRA82x devices. 

The latest Texas Instruments Processor SDK for QNX Automotive (PSDKQA) is available for download, on ti.com at 

https://www.ti.com/tool/PROCESSOR-SDK-DRA8X-TDA4X.

The PSDKQA makes use of a Board Support Package (BSP) provided by QNX Software Systems.
