D3-3P-TDA3X-SK: Alg_RadarProcess_Draw Failed Being Assigned on IPU0_1

Hi,

I was playing with placing the Draw RDM HeatMap process on IPU0, rebuild the code and it failed booting stucked at finishing up the HeatMap process initialization. Initially I have it on DSP1. Reason for the move is that DSP1 load was quite high with FFT and CFAR processing thus thinking offloading the Draw process to IPU0 would lighten its load a bit.

Any thoughts?
