AM6546: Static and Dynamic PDN Targets not available for AM6546

Hi,

We need Static and Dynamic PDN Targets for AM6546.

There is an Application for PDN (SPRAC76C) but this does not have Static and Dynamic PDN Targets for AM6546.

We need this information urgently as we have to complete the PDN Analysis and send the Design to manufacturing.

Please provide this data as soon as possible.

    Tauseef,

    Due to the wide range of power consumption across use cases, we do not specify the PCB impedance targets for the AM6546.   We do specify a "typical" number and size of capacitor, and we require that the "recommended operating conditions" are maintained at the ball of the SoC:

    "(1) The voltage at the device ball must never be below the MIN voltage or above the MAX voltage for any amount of time. This requirement includes dynamic voltage events such as AC ripple, voltage transients, voltage dips, and so forth"
