TRF371135: EVM output IQ signal BW

Hi there,

we are trying to build a wide band receiver and channel bandwidth upto ~500MHz,  ~1000MHz using this IQ de-modulator.

It is not clear about output IQ signal bandwidth.

My question is that, can you confirm what is bandwidth of output IQ signal?

    The max I/Q bandwidth of the TRF3711 in bypass mode is 25 MHz; hence, it can support up to 50 MHz RF signals. The limitation is the integrated baseband LPFs.

    The max IQ bandwidth of the TRF3704 is 1 GHz; hence, it can support up to 2 GHz of RF bandwidth. If interested, you can check out this app note that characterizes the BB bandwidth: www.ti.com/.../slwa076.

    Thanks RJ, Sorry for the delay. it is good to know that TRF3704 has IQ BW upto 1Ghz. This is exactly what we need.

    do you know there is any demodulator that support IQ BW upto 500Mhz/1Ghz?

    TI does not have a wide bandwidth demodulator on the market at this time. We do have RF sampling ADCs, like the ADC32RF45, which can directly sample up to 1.5 GHz of BW and higher RF sampling ADCs that can capture 2GHz BW and higher.
