Current equivalent to DH0035

I'm looking for a monolithic PIN diode driver.  At one time TI make the DH0035, which I understand is now obsolete.  Does TI currently make any devices that can be used as PIN diode drivers?  If so can you please identify potential devices for consideration.

    Thanks for posting onto E2E. I am a member of the Power Switch team that supports DC Ideal Diodes and Switches. Unfortunately, we do not have any devices in my product line that could support RF switching up to 1MHz like the DH0035.

    I am looping in a member from the Interface team who might be able to provide a better recommendation that is RF Front-end oriented.

    Hi Karim,

    I am one of the application engineers supporting interface product line.

    Unfortunately we do not device a device with the capability to deliver in excess of 1A at this low data rate. Most of the present laser drivers can deliver less than 200mA and at data rates above 100Mbps.

    Thanks for responding to my information request that got to you via Arthur. PIN diodes don't normally require such high drive (1A), but the 1A capacity helps lower the switch time between the conducting and non-conducting state of the PIN diode. For my application, 200mA forward bias with ~30V reverse bias is what I'd need for the conducting and non-conducting states respectively. I'd like to take a more careful look at the laser diode drivers, and to that end, could you provide a link to the highest capacity laser diode driver's specsheet?

    The highest mod/bias current drivers are ONET1131EC and ONET1141L.

    Identification of another PIN diode driver, even if it's specs are different than that of DH0035, might work.
