Part Number: LMX8410L
I am looking at the data sheet on page 53 and I have downloaded and installed PLLatinum Sim and TICSPro. I want to do a simulation of the phase noise for this part at 8 GHz with a 100M reference input. If I understand correctly, TICSPro is only a programming tool and won't do simulations? Figure 89 in the data sheet shows an analysis using PLLatinum Sim. The only problem is the LMX8410L part is not included in the list of choices. I have to assume I have an old version of PLLatinum Sim or you were using a custom part choice. For a complicated part like this it is nice to have a working choice in the part selection. What are my options here? Can you send me a working example I can start from or am I supposed to input all the individual parameters for the device, which I consider very error prone? What do you suggest?
