Tool/software: TI-RTOS
Dear All,
I work with the CC1300 with TI RTOS Ver 02_20_00_06.
I would like to count 1KHz pulses.
I know that I can use the sensor controller for a pulse counter.
Is it possible to use a pulse counter without using sensor controller?

First of all, I strongly recommend that you update to the latest CC13x0 SDK and not continue to use the TI-RTOS version you are using, since this is several years old.
