Does TI have a multi-label recognition chip（to recognite two or more labels）? Used for unmanned retail multi-commodity identification.

if you are looking for reader IC that can handle tags working with 13.56MHz frequency (i.e. ISO15693, ISO14443) then we can offer the TRF79xx reader ICs which support an inventory cycle to detect multiple tags in the field.
