The information is located in the default settings in the PLL Loop Filter calculator: http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/slcc002. This software is supported on a Windows 7 operating system. I was not able to open it in Windows 10 so I could not extract the value for you. When I get access to a Windows 7 machine I will look up the value post back here.

I finally found a Win7 machine to install the software. Kvco per the Loop Filter Calculator is: 45 MHz/V.
