DAC38RF82: Difference in SFDR data in the PLL data excel sheet

Part Number: DAC38RF82

Hi,

I have downloaded the attached excel sheet from the original question.

There is difference in the SFDR data in the sheet titled "112_SFDR" and "112_SFDR3".

Why there is a big difference in the SFDR data as shown below:

  • Sheet: "112_SFDR":

  • Sheet: "112_SFDR3":

Thanks,

Lalit

  • Lalit,

(Sheet112_SFDR)     SFDR is defined by any highest spur in the Nyquist band which can be harmonics or clock mixing spurs. Most likely dominated by HD2 or HD3.

(Sheet112_SFDR3)   SFDR3 is defined by any highest spur in +-250MHz band and it could have no spurs in that band or only small random spurs.

    Regards,

    Jim
