Hi,

I have a customer in the bay in need of support.

Customer ordered the following EVMs: TSW3725EVM, TMDSCCS-ALLN01

Customer comments:

"This hardware apparently has some software that goes with it, but was not included in the shipment. I don't think this was an oversight -- it sounds like it is supposed to be downloaded from TI's website -- but now the EVM has apparently been discontinued and we cannot find the software anywhere on TI's site. We are stuck without this software. Is this something you can help us with?"

Please provide direction on which and where to acquire the software.

    Hello Wallace,

    The TSW3725 and TSW3726 are LVDS to Data converter and RF EVMs that are part of a Small Cell with DSP EVM platform.

    Please have your TI Application Engineer contact jshu@ti.com about the hardware you have (we need the board serial numbers, the board revisions

    for both the DSP and the LVDS-RF TSW3725 boards, in order to determine what documentation and software are appropriate.

    This is an unassigned TI account in the bay. There is NO TI FAE assigned to this rather large government customer per new TI protocol. I will ask the customer for the board serial numbers.
