What are the Regulatory requirements for the CC2520 Software? For US certification where software can change the characteristics of the radio, the software must be controlled and the FCC / IC notified of changes.   For an 802.15.4 transceiver, can the external software change the characteristics of the CC2520 sufficiently to require FCC / IC notification?
