Seeking MOSFET suitable for Source Follower at 1GHz and 6V p-p input with low distortion. Is there a reference design in existence?

Thanks for posting, we have no high speed discrete MOSFET capable of switching at 1GHz, our devices are all power MOSFETs and not RF type devices. I have forwarded this to our High speed Op Amp group to see if they have a product that could help you out.

Hi Arthur,

We also do not have any type of FET switching devices. What type of output are you ultimately looking for in your application? We may have an amplifier that would be suitable.
