Hi,

We are using the LMH2110, but we are having a horrible yield issue in production. About 70% of the parts are damaged. We believe it must be happening during reflow. They develop small fractures on the bottom of the part. We'd like to compare your recommendations to what our contract manufacturer is using. Can you provide the shock, vibration specs, and recommended solder profile for this part? I wasn't able to find this anywhere.

While it doesn't provide vibration and shock specs, it does include recommendations for the soldering and layout to use for sanity checks. If you can confirm that you're addressing each of the recommendations, then we can explore other possibilities.
