Hi All,

I am using CC1120 in one of my Home Automation project .

In India, 865MHz to 867MHz is license exempt band. I will have to tune all my front end (matching circuits and antennas) and firmware to support and use this license exempt band. Please help me with the list of areas that will be affected?

Also let me know the standard procedure for doing the changes.

No modifications required to cover the 865 MHz - 867 MHz band. Use the 868 MHz reference design.

Hi,

If you are referring to the balun/ match, no modification is needed, use the component values from the 868 MHz reference design. For register settings, use SmartRF Studio.

I recently did a similar project.
You only need to tweak the SmartRF settings as TER suggested. I think there are 3 FREQ-related registers. You will see the changes dinamically as you tweak the registers :)
