Does anyone know of a frequency to voltage chip that will handle the range of 9 MHz to 12 MHz that is not a PLL? I am using a PLL but having temperature compensation problems.

    Take a look at this schematic: http://electronics-diy.com/electronic_schematic.php?id=552 Here there are using the LMX2322 which is a frequency synthesyser. it works up to 2GHz.
