Hi,

We've not find in TRF372017 (or TRF370417) datasheet values for Quadrature error (phase imbalance) and I/Q amplitude balance?

Anyone can tell us where to find it?

  • The datasheet does not specify values for phase and dc IQ imbalances. These values may vary from part to part. TI test data indicates that the optimal ITrim setting generally ranges from 110 to 230 with QTrim ranging 80 to 180 at default DCOFFSET_I values. Phase adjustments near 2000MHz have measured from 0.2deg to 1.25deg. They decrease with higher divide ratios and may increase above 2400MHz. Gain adjustments are small, less than 0.1dB.
