Does Ti has IF modulator working at 1-30 MHz carrier frequency range?

I am looking for a evaluation module to transmit and recieve signals at 1-30 MHz carrier frequency.

Is there any such module available in ti? Or can any existing module can be modified using different modulator etc., different from the ones already available on chip.
