TRF371135 - BB BW of MIXIoutputp/n and MIXQoutp/n, and Conversion Gain

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TRF371135

Hello,

My customer has some questions about TRF371135.

[Q1]

May I usually use MIXIoutp/n and MIXQoutp/n ?

(They will not use BBIoutp/n and BBQoutp/n.)

[Q2]

Please tell me the BB BW of MIXIoutputp/n and MIXQoutputp/n.

[Q3]

Please tell me the Conversion Gain (MIXinp/n to MIXIoutp/n and MIXQoutp/n).

Best Regards,

Hiroshi.Katsunaga

  • Q1]

    May I usually use MIXIoutp/n and MIXQoutp/n ?

A1: Yes, these outputs can be used.  Note, treat these outputs similar to the BB outputs and terminate with high impedance.

    [Q2]

Please tell me the BB BW of MIXIoutputp/n and MIXQoutputp/n.

A2: The BW at these ports is approximately 50 MHz.

    [Q3]

Please tell me the Conversion Gain (MIXinp/n to MIXIoutp/n and MIXQoutp/n).

A3:  The conversion gain is approximately 9 dB.  The gain is dependent on frequency.  Higher gain at low frequency and lower gain at higher frequencies.

  • Hello,

Could you also give some information about the Noise Figure from MIXinp/n to MIXIoutp/n and MIXQoutp/n? It would be very useful since i'm going to use both the MIXIoutp/n and MIXQoutp/n and the filtered/amplified baseband outputs.
