TRF37X75/73 power down time

Hi,

There is power down function by external GPIO in TRF37x73/75 series.

Customer wants 150ns for power down but in the datasheet of TRF37x73/75 series, it seems to be 1.4us typically.

Is there some solution for reducing respons time for power down?

If there is no solution, high side switch is still needed for customer's application.

    As you have noted the datsheet reports power down time of 1.4 us.  I was not able to find the specific characterization data to see the response curve with respect to time.  The one possibility to improve time performace is to reduce bypass capacitance on the power supplies pins.  Unfortunatley, at this time I do not have specific data to provide.
