could somebody tell me the minimum RF input signalpower, the TRF371135 needs to mix a 5.8GHz signal down to zero?

There is no minimum, per se. At some point, the input signal will get too low and the noise figure of the system will not allow proper detection. That level is different depending on the modulation of the input signal. In general, try to keep input signal between -85 dBm to -10 dBm. Adjust the BB gain of the device to achieve best dynamic range.
