LMV225: Abnormal output waveform

Hi,

I obtained a correlation waveform between RFin and VOUT. Please look the attached new file.

RFin rises vertically, but Vout is tilted.

Please tell me the cause and solution.

The occurrence frequency of this is around 5%.
Is this a characteristic error of device?

Hello, my sincere apologies for the delay. It would be very helpful if you could provide some insight on the following:

1. What is the RF signal freq. at PA output ?
2. What is the max output power & range of output power for the PA ? The R1 resistor needs to be scaled accordingly to meet the 50 ohm impedance

Hi VC-san,

I obtained the input condition from customer.
On the NG board that PA output ricochet to rise, then it becomes normal.
When the resistance value of R1 is lowered, will the output of LMV 225 be improved?
