Could you please tell me the measurement configuration of OIP 3 of TRF 370417.

In the measurement of OIP 3, are I and Q signals input orthogonally?
Can you tell me the phase relationship when inputting the 2 tone signal to I and Q?

Hello Ryuji,

For the measurement configuration of OIP3, please refer to figure 9 of the datasheet.

as well as the additional information "VCM = 1.7 V, VinBB = 98 mVrms single-ended sine wave in quadrature, VCC = 5 V, LO power = 4 dBm (single-ended), fBB = 50 kHz (unless otherwise noted)."

Hi Oscar san,

Thank you for the reply.
Is the X axis the frequency of the LO input?
Is fbb = 4.5 MHz, 5.5 MHz offset from the LO input?
In other words, when the LO frequency is 2000 MHz, 2 tone signals of 2004.5 MHz and 2005.5 MHz are input to fBBI and fBBQ.
Is my understanding correct?
