Hello Fei,

Although the TRF3765 does have a common LO source for all 4 outputs, they will not be phase aligned. There is a inherent delay between each output which will result in a specific phase shift at a given frequency. If having all 4 outputs phase aligned is what you need, then I recommend using a power splitter.

I'm designing a synchronized ADCs data capture board with 2 adc12j4000s. The sample frequency is 4GHz,
and the device clocks(4GHz) phase need to be aligned at each data converter.Would you please recommend
some chips or power splitte?

Mini-circuits is a good source for low power splitters. Note that depending on your frequency, their could be a time delay in any of the outputs that can be compensated for by meandering your board.

One thing to note is that the power of each output of the 4-way splitter will be about 6dB down from the initial level, which might be too low to drive your ADC's. You might need to boost the signal to the splitter.
