TRF3722: Peak to Peak Common Mode Voltage

Part Number: TRF3722

I am currently trying to implement the TRF3722 modulator in a transmitter design.  The data sheet specifies a Vcm of 0.25V +/-0.25V.  Does this mean that the peak to peak range of the common mode input voltage can only be between 0V and 0.5V?  Is there a defined/recommended peak to peak input voltage for the baseband inputs?

Thanks in advance.
