I wrote to the appropriate group. I am not designing clocks at all. This is for microwave communications where phase noise even as far as 10MHz offset from the carrier is very important. So that is why I did not write to clock support in the first place. Additionally Noel did not offer either his own services and contact info nor make any suggestion of a different employee.

The name of the list email maybe confusing but it will take you to meet all the clock and synthesizer experts in TI.
