Hi Support,

I am looking for an integration chip with perform my radio modulation

modulation: GMSK, QPSK, CPSK,

PLL+VCO: 200Mhz (RX),

IF=20Mhz

LO=200Mhz

TX Carrier=440MHz

RX Carrier=200MHz

ADC=10bit 40MHz or above

DAC=10bit 40Mhz or above

    Hi Angela,

    We don't have an exact match to the AD9864. We have options and several highly integrated devices. We have an integrated TRF2443 that doesn't exactly match the IFs of choice at the customer but are these a bit flexible? From what I could gather quickly on the ADI device it is purely RX (if to BB) and the LO, etc is external so I take it the 'integrated' commented has flexibility. The TRF2443 or the TRF3711/TRF3720 can be partnered with one of our AFEs for a complete system of highly integrated devices. The limitation is ultimately the frequencies the customer will be using. Hope this helps.

    Thanks!
    Carissa

    Thanks for the part suggestion. I've looked at this part as well. TRF2443 does not match our frequency, 220MHz, if we want to use it as direct down conversion.

    If you can find something that can cover 220MHz and with blocks similar to TRF2443, that would be very exciting.

    The filter bandwidths are all much wider than our system. So we will need a high resolution ADC and design our own digital filters to cut down interference.
