Customer is worry about temperature drift (Accuracy) of FDC2214.
If there spec information (Temp vs Accuracy graph, etc), please let me know.

The FDC2214 is sensitive to environmental variations, which can cause drift in the values of L or C. Unstable mechanical setup can also cause fluctuations in parasitic capacitance that contributes to signal drift.
The customer should ensure that the mechanical setup is very stable, and they are using the proper components (e.g. NP0/C0G capacitors). Additional drift can be compensated with a simple baseline tracking algorithm:
