I am using FDC2214EVM to measure some small capacitance signals (around 50 pF). Could you please tell me the resolution of the EDC2214EVM and the uncertainty?  I read the manual but just found the following:

And I am not sure it is the resolution of the FDC2214EVM. I would appreciate if you could tell me the resolution and the uncertainty of this EVM.
