FDC2214EVM: FDC2214EVM output data is normal or upnormal?

Hi there

my name is Kim, couple days ago I received FDC2214EVM . 

Screen is like this.

this log data is normal or upnomal?

Data 0,Data 1,Data 2.Data 3 is different from each other

and  Similar settings for each data Is there any way to do it? 

i did't connected any sensor on the FDC2114 EVM.

I want to set up,output is more more similar data.

    Hello Kim,

    This is normal. The data difference is less than 1 pF across all four channels. The capacitance measurement depends on the parasitic capacitance of the PCB, so it won't be exactly the same.

    Our customer's requirements are as follows .

    water Liquid Level Sensing system. working fine.

    customer also quite content.

    but some time when human hand touch point "A" or point "B" and point "C",then data is  Strange data comes out.

    so,  i wanna put the Reference Sensor point "A" and point "B" and point "C",

    I will be resolved if the new calculations as follows. ?

    Liquid Level = Caplevel -  Capref.

    Simplistic view, but for advice.

    Liquid Level Sensing = ch0,ch1 and Proximity sensing ch2,ch3.

    and do you have firmware for this kind of application?

    Not good at English description may be lacking.
