FDC2214EVM: Problem with I drive initialization while using FDC2214EVM

Dear All,

              I am trying the measure the presence of holes and defects on the surface on an aluminum plate using FDC2214EVM. I have attached a brief schematic of the setup and various sensor settings as a reference. I am using 25mm X 25 mm rectangular PCB as the sensor. I am getting Idrive as NaN all the time. Kindly suggest me what could be the possible source of error and how to rectify it ? Eagerly looking forward for your reply.

    Hi Shantanu,

    The initial Idrive may not display correctly and you can ignore it. Have you checked the amplitude of oscillation?

    Hi Yibo,
    Thank you so much for your reply and your suggestion. I still checking everything step by step with the help of datasheet and the manual for EVM. Also noting down all values that I am getting. I am sure I will be having some more questions as I am going further with the EVM. Will get back you once again whenever I am stuck. Thank you so much for your help.
