FDC1004EVM: cant find driver

Hi,

from the user guide i understand that after the gui installation the driver wizard is supposed to appear. unfortunately, it didnt, and my sensor is not being recognized.

What should i do?

Hi Dan,

Did the GUI install successfully? Have you tried scanning for hardware changes on device manager or using a different USB port on your computer?

If the device shows up as anything other than EVM on device manager, it means you are missing the driver. In that case, try installing the driver manually using device manager and the driver located in C:\ti\Sensing Solutions EVM GUI-1.9.2
