DRV5033: leakage current

Hi,

when DRV5033 out is Hi-Z status, measured current is about 2.5mA.

At DRV5033 datasheet, the spec is 1uA.

which one is right?

Hi TS, when you see 2.5mA, what is the circuit and applied voltage?

thanks for your prompt answer.

I attached the schematic for DRV5033 as below.

VBAT Bias is 3.6V.

I tested with open D1 and Hi-Z status, the current measured about 2.5mA also.

Hi TS, double-check that OUT and GND are connected correctly. Note that Pin 2 is GND for the TO-92 package and OUT for the SOT-23 package. 2.5mA happens to be the device's Icc.

Also, of course, make sure no magnet is nearby.
