DRV5013-Q1: ESD

Part Number: DRV5013-Q1

I sent my question by e-mail. It is sensitive so I can't publish it here. You replied:

"Please direct your current and future questions to the E2E forums through the following link: e2e.ti.com." "All of our product engineers are located at the E2E forum where they can support their specific devices. If you have information that you do not want to make public, you will need to post an initial question. Once the engineer responds you can let him know that you have proprietary information that you do not want to share. They will be able to accommodate you."

So only reason for posing here is that you wrote: "you will need to post an initial question. Once the engineer responds you can let him know that you have proprietary information that you do not want to share. They will be able to accommodate you."

This is quite awkward and I appreciate avoiding further delays. How do I go about to actually give you my question and actually get a response?

  • Hello David,

Welcome to the E2E forums! Sorry for the inconvenience but those are standard operating procedures. As you can see our forums are searchable and the vast majority of our users rely on the E2E to find documented instances of product-specific application issues they may be confronting. That is mainly why we encourage all our customers to document their issues on E2E first.

Having said that, the easiest way for us to exchange confidential information is through "Private Messaging". I will be sending you an E2E "Friend Request", which you will need to accept so that we can connect.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

    Best Regards,
    Harsha
