May I know the DRV5013 PCB Layout pattern differet with LPG and LPGM?

Eric,

I believe the M in LPGM stands for "3000 pcs/box" and is not a separate package identifier. See section 11 of the data sheet (appropriate section copied below):

Eric,

I believe bulk means that the devices will come loose in ESD protective packaging, probably a bag.

Ammo means that the devices will be shipped in a tape that looks something like this:
