Thanks for reaching out on the forum. Sorry to hear the EVM could not satisfy your needs. Unfortunately, I do not think you will be able to simply return the EVM to a field sales office in France. However, you still may be able to return the EVM. You can go to the following link: http://www.ti.com/guidedsupport/docs/calltisupport.tsp
This link will display the following information shown in the figure below (you will need to scroll down). There you have the option to call, chat online, or email. The customer support person I spoke with recommended emailing them, so you will have a digital receipt in your email documenting the issue. After you have contacted customer support, they will get some information from you regarding the original purchase of the EVM and then they will tell you what you need to do to return the EVM.
