I need formal answer regarding Ethylene Oxide (EtO) sterilization in product containing HDC1080 sensor, will it damage the RH reading ?

    Hi Yariv,

    We have done several test with different contamination substances, also certified from external institutions, but unfortunately we have not directly tested the Ethylene Oxide.

    In any case, among the substances tested, there is also the acetaldehyde, which is isomeric with Ethylene oxide, and our test shows that the RH reading is just a little shifted of 1-2% of RH, but the sensor still works properly.
